Our Reference: Retail Master Concession at TIA

Tirana International Airport signed the Retail Concession Agreement with HTAR in 2006, establishing a partnership to develop the airports’ retail business. HTAR has been granted the exclusive right to manage and operate the retail activities (Duty Free, Specialty Retail, Food and Beverage) at the airport by itself or through sub-concessionaires. HTAR is offeringed a minimum annual guarantee as well as a sales-related fee (whichever is higher). In October 2011, HTAR re-transferred the now matured specialty retail as well as food & beverage business to the airport management company which has been in charge of this part of the business since then. The duty free business still remains with HTAR.

  • Market analysis and acquisition of potential commercial partners
